AWS DevOps Comp Accomplishment

 Dear In SS,

Wow! I am incredibly proud of all of you for concluding the DevOps Competency Audit call on a positive note. Your dedication and hard work over the past couple of months will soon yield fruitful results.

The beginning had a rough start, with the first 20 minutes being quite startling. However, we managed to gather ourselves, navigate through the challenges, and even prepared additional documents on the fly to successfully pull it off.

We concluded the call without any open items but with a few areas of improvement hence we are positively awaiting the DevOps Competency.

I would like to express my gratitude for your unwavering dedication to updating the DevOps competency checklist, creating case studies, blogs, and presentations, as well as enduring countless rehearsals. Despite facing unexpected challenges on the big day, I commend each one of you for playing a crucial role in pulling off a successful event without any outstanding action items. Your hard work and commitment have made a significant impact.

  • A special shout-out goes to Barath, Raj, Sriram, Rahul, and Naresh for their awesome performance. Your patience and perseverance were truly amazing. Stefano, you have been a remarkable captain, guiding the team through those challenging moments.
  • I want to acknowledge the strong team spirit displayed during the audit call. Bhavesh, Bivin, Vishal Kanade, and Ahmed, thank you for your unwavering support.
  • Mir, thanks a ton for your constant health check and prioritizing things for us.
  • Jared did an outstanding job leading from the driver's seat, and I'm confident that this was a truly memorable experience for Omshree, a great start!!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you, Jay, for assembling such a fantastic team. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of working with them and treasure all the meaningful conversations we had.

It has been an incredible experience working with the Superstars. Your unity and determination have led us to emerge with flying colors. Once again, thank you all for your outstanding efforts and dedication.

Well, missed capturing Jared’s smile 😊 – a sign of relief when we heard no open items from the audit team.
