• - Marketing Team to initiate the business card to the new joinees for the following roles 

• Sales / Strategy Leaders 

• CxO 

• Finance / HR Directors 

- Anyone other the aforementioned roles or customer facing roles can take manager’s approval and request business card Marketing team.

- Marketing Team to gather the following information and share it with internal / external design team 

• Full Name 

• Designation 

• Contact Number

• Company email id

• Go to Static QR Code à Contact à Narrow Margin and download. This creates direct vCard in the phone book when someone scans. 

-  Use a common template

Printing Instructions 

 

1. QR codes must be 100% confirmed by multiple parties before sending to Vista Print 

1. The phone number must have the proper format with the country code 

2. Names must be spelled correctly 

3. Titles must be correct 

4. Email must be spelled properly 

2. The files are then sent from the Marketing company

3. Once received and QR codes are confirmed again, printing can begin 

4. Marketing team will process the order 

1. Premium card thickness 

2. Embossed Gloss only on the front logo 

3. 250 business cards to be ordered 

5. They are able to ship to multiple locations in a single order.
