Dear All
A big congratulations to all of you for playing a crucial role in attaining AWS Network Competency. From the kick-off in early June 2023 to the audit call on December 1st, 2023, it has been a challenging journey where each one of you had to make yourselves available and contribute valuable insights.
Handling a rigorous 4-hour audit call with a challenging auditor, presenting all evidences with a smile, certainly deserves a pat on your shoulders. It's a true example of standing by each other and showcasing resilience.
We have been trying to achieve the network competency before reinvent but nevertheless we made it to the audit call during the reinvent (well, I had the pleasure of joining from reinvent 😊) and we emerged with flying colours.
I would like to express my gratitude for your unwavering commitment to updating the Network competency checklist, creating case studies, blogs, microsite content and presentations, and enduring countless rehearsals.
- Special kudos to Axat Shah for his outstanding performance! I discovered his passion for network security during the final evaluation of his internship, and I swiftly assigned him to tackle the Network Competency. In just four months, he has grown immensely, both in learning and leading the Network Competency. My heartfelt appreciation goes to you, Axat.
- I am sure this is Robin’s first super successful project as PMO. Great efforts.
- Many thanks to the duo, Mukesh and Ahmed, for guiding us through challenging moments. The strong team spirit during the audit call was commendable.
- Mir, thanks for your constant health checks and prioritization.
- Jared & Omshree made it with all their might for yet another competency not just from Cloud Alliance and marketing perspective but wherever applicable during the whole journey.
- Thanks a bunch to everyone who made it to the audit call - Mir Ali, Mukesh Kumar, Ahmed Ali, Stefano Pecora, Praneeth Uppalapati, Pratyusha Kongara, Nitin Sharma, Axat Shah, Jared Cooper, Piyush Jalan, Vishal Kanade, Omshree Butani, Mufaddal Suratwala, Rajdeepsinh Jadeja, Robin Jacob and me
What worked well?
- From day-1 of Network Competency prepration, we channelized all conversations to the Partner Alliance Central -> Network Competency channel
- All process documents, competency checklist, case studies, microsite etc are captured under Files section of Partner Alliance Central -> Network Competency channel
- Super proud of the Jr. Cloud engineers who scaled up to prepare all that is needed to meet network competency requirements and of course with all the guidance from seniors / practice leads.
Axat’s thoughts on Central Communication and Collaboration with Team’s Channel:
· The Threaded conversation feature enhanced clarity by allowing discussions around specific topics, preventing confusion and allowing team members to follow relevant threads easily.
· Easy access to past conversations and shared files was possible as a result historical information was readily available for referencing.
· Efficient file management ensured that relevant documents and resources were organized, reducing the time spent searching for information.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you,cc), for all the support and trust in us. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of working with the team and treasure all the meaningful conversations we had.
Let’s cherish this incredible achievement and express your joy on social media by comment / repost the below post.
We have already passed on our inputs to Security Competency team and looking forward for it soon.
Happy Weekend!!
