I am XX, YY at Dream Destinations. In light of the ongoing conversation regarding Hiring Drive at your esteemed university, I would like to brief about the hiring process.  


 

The selected candidate will go through the internship at our office premises located in <location> for a period of 6 months. During the internship, the interns will be paid a stipend, trained by our experts in the specific domain and will also be sponsored for the relevant certifications. Post-internship, the interns will go through an evaluation process and selected candidates will be converted into Full Time Employees.

Job Details: 

  • Stipend  INR 20,000 per month during the full-time internship 

  • 3 Years Horizon Growth for highly competent Full-Time Employees 

  • 1st Year - 8 (6 Fixed + 2 Bonus) LPA 

  • 2nd Year - 10 (8fixed+ 2 Variable pay) LPA 

  • 3rd Year - 15 (12.5 fixed+ 2.5 variable pay) LPA 

  • Roles 

  • Cloud Engineer 

  • DevOps Engineer 

  • Location <location>  

  • Timings  EST Hours (5PM to 2AM IST) 

  • Eligibility: BTech students from CE and IT streams with CGPA of 8 and above. Any course or certification (completed or pursuing) around the cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) will be an advantage. No backlogs 

Job Description: 

  • Proficient in utilizing the following AWS services: ECS, EC2, EBS, S3, Glacier, RDS, VPC, Route53, ELB, IAM, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, Lambda. 
  • Designing and implementing scalable, highly available, secure, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS for the development and test lifecycle of our cloud workloads. 
  • Prioritizing the establishment of CI/CD pipelines using Dockerized application components. 
  • Creating infrastructure-as-code using CloudFormation or Terraform. 
  • Expertise in at least one programming language and database management system - Python and MongoDB, or Python and MySQL. 
  • Extensive experience with code repositories such as Git. 
  • Analyzing existing applications in AWS to enhance security, reliability, resilience and performance. 
  • Demonstrating a passion for resolving complex challenges. 
  • Fostering collaboration and commitment within a team to achieve shared objectives. 
  • Utilizing data analysis to identify issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems effectively. 
  • Excellent communication skills 

  

Hiring Process: 

  • The students will give an online code test 
  • The shortlisted candidates results will be announced on the same day.  
  • Selected students will participate in Virtual Campus Hiring comprising of (Group Discussion, Tech Interview, HR Interview, Final round with CTO)
