To meet the growing demands for Cloud Specialization, there is a need for mentoring early developers and aspiring WomenInTech. Through these efforts, Intuitive.Cloud strives to empower individuals and uplift communities worldwide.

Community engagement efforts yielded profound impacts. CEO Jay Modh sparked curiosity and inspiration with thought-provoking talks at engineering campuses and initiated campus hiring programs. Bhuvaneswari Subramani, Chief Cloud Evangelist (aka Bhuvana), an AWS Hero and recipient of Dr. Werner’s Go Build 2022 Award, played a pivotal role in global community outreach. This encompassed organizing influential cloud conferences, hosting monthly meetups, conducting workshops, shaping cloud architecting curricula at universities, and mentoring emerging speakers, bloggers, and authors.
