- Make sure you have at least one individual well versed with the requirements you are presenting in case any deep technical questions need to be addressed.
- Try covering the key points mentioned in the requirement in your response and keep your responses as crisp and precise as possible
- When introducing Project Management Practices ensure that you have PMO team members on the call for a smooth introduction. Also have at least one copy of each PMO related document to be showcased as a reference.
- Have a tracker sheet prepared well in advance which mentions Primary and Secondary presenters along with links to evidences you have prepared.

- For each selected project ensure that it is completed in the appropriate timeline required for it to qualify for a competency.
- In case if the project is not completed in the appropriate timeline ensure that the dates in the documentation are modified sufficiently when presenting it during the audit
- Ensure that you have one key Engineer for each project you are presenting to respond to any deep technical questions when asked.
- Ensure that all responses have been validated by the Engineers who have worked on the project for accurate presentation.
